Mario Lopez earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He began his career working for a top-ranked general contractor in Los Angeles who is listed among the nation’s top 400 contractors by ENR. Mario also worked as a Vice President of Development for various private real estate developers, one of which managed over $30 billion in assets. His experience working for large, private development companies has shaped his methodology to manage residential projects in a meticulous, highly organized manner that is extremely budget and schedule conscious.

Brandon Nicolas received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado in 2008. He started his career in real estate before transitioning into construction, where he discovered his passion for building and renovation. Prior to MADE Building Company, Brandon served as Vice President of Construction for a custom home builder in Southern California, gaining valuable expertise in the complexities of residential development.
